MONEY IS THE SCORE

Rank is confirmed SOL sent to the published receiving addresses. You buy a SOL total, not a rank number; the rank is wherever that total sorts when it confirms. Dollar figures are today's SOL price, never the score.

THE FIRST WALLET IS THE RECORD

The wallet that makes a listing's first payment is on its public record. That is all it is: no account, no key, no sign-in, nothing to lose and nothing to recover. If that wallet is gone the row stays, its rank stays, and anyone can still boost it.

SEASONS + LIFETIME

The main board is the UTC calendar year. On January 1 a fresh season opens with only that year's payers; a finished year freezes as an archive nobody can rewrite. The 24-hour board counts the trailing day. The lifetime board, every verified payment ever, opens with the 2027 season. A payment counts in the year it confirms, on every board at once.

NOTHING IS EDITABLE

A row is its destination: the site or the X handle you claimed, one of those, never both, fixed when the first payment confirms. Its name, picture and line are read live from that destination, so there is nothing to type and nothing to edit, ever. The category is set at checkout and stays. Only the total moves, and only upward.

FINAL MEANS FINAL

Every payment is a voluntary, irreversible donation. No refunds, chargebacks, tokens, revenue share, promises, or utility.

SOLANA MAINNET ONLY

SOL on Solana mainnet is the only chain and the only coin the board speaks. Anything sent on another chain, an L2, a testnet, or in another token is a donation. No refunds, no credit, no support.

A QUOTE IS YOURS FOR 15 MINUTES

The exact amount reserves your spot for fifteen minutes; the checkout counts it down. Sent late? The tag still credits for 24 hours, any number of payments. After that, paste the hash at /claim and a human matches it.

PUBLIC BY DESIGN

Every rank links to its transaction, so the paying address and its history are visible to anyone. Pay from a fresh wallet if you want your main one off the board, but one you hold the keys to (rule 11). A row can show the country its checkout request came from; you can hide that in the checkout and never pick a different one. A VPN shows the VPN's country.

ONLY THESE ADDRESSES

The receiving addresses are printed below and in the footer, served from our backend. Money sent anywhere else is not a payment to Outwhaled and cannot be claimed.

ANYONE CAN BOOST

Anyone can add money to any listing and it raises that listing's rank. It grants nothing else. A listing is a website or an X profile; chat and invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and the like) are refused. The listed outwhale the listers: if a row points at your site or your X account and you want it gone, DM @outwhaledlol from that account and it is hidden. No refunds either way.

NO EXCHANGES

Send from a wallet you hold the keys to: Phantom, Solflare, Ledger, any self-custody wallet. An exchange sends from a pooled address that is not yours, so it cannot be matched to you and cannot be refunded. Known exchange addresses are refused and the money is a donation; one we have not listed yet lands as a plain boost.

THE FLOOR AND THE DEEP

Nothing is free: every row and every sponsor cell is paid. A new row enters with at least 0.5% of the top total (minimum 0.01 SOL), a top-up adds at least 0.1% (minimum 0.01 SOL). The floor grows with #1. A row under it is paid and recorded but lives in THE DEEP under the board until a top-up surfaces it.

THE GAP TO PASS

To sit above a row you pay more than it by a fixed gap: 0.01 SOL while that row is under 10 SOL, 0.1 SOL from 10, 1 SOL from 100. An amount that would land inside a gap is rounded up before you pay, so taking #N puts you at #N. Ties go to the earlier confirmation.

CONNECT IS OPTIONAL

Three of the four ways to pay never connect a wallet to this site: scan the QR from your phone, open your wallet from the link, or copy the amount, address and memo by hand. The fourth, a browser wallet, connects for one approval: that shares your public address with the page and nothing else, and the send still needs your approval in the wallet. Outwhaled never asks for a seed phrase, a signature that is not the transfer itself, or a token approval.

SCAMS GET DELETED, NOT REFUNDED

Phishing, wallet drainers, malware, fake airdrops and mints, a site or handle dressed up as someone else's (a lookalike domain, a copied name and picture, a fake support account), illegal content, or anything else we judge harmful to the people reading this board: the row is removed on sight, at our sole discretion, without notice, without appeal, and without a refund of anything ever paid into it, boosts from other wallets included. A removed row is not a free slot to re-buy; the destination is blocked and the wallets that paid for it can be refused. Spot one before we do? DM @outwhaledlol with the link.

The receiving addresses

For checking, not for sending. The checkout gives you one of these addresses plus a tag that ties the payment to your listing or sponsor slot; a transfer sent here on its own has no tag and matches nothing.

All payments are final and irreversible.

Verify the receiving address, chain, amount, and memo yourself. Outwhaled will never ask for a seed phrase or an unlimited token approval.
