Short, because the whole product is one rule: you send, the chain confirms, the number goes up, nothing comes back.
Outwhaled is a public board that orders listings by the confirmed SOL sent to addresses it publishes. Every payment is a donation for a promotional placement: a spot on the board, as the board exists at that moment. That placement is the only thing a payment buys. There is no product, no revenue share, no promise of traffic, no promise of visibility, and no utility of any kind.
A payment is not an investment, a security, a deposit or a purchase of anything resalable. It carries no expectation of profit, return, appreciation or future value of any kind. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
Every transfer to an Outwhaled address is a voluntary, irreversible donation. No refunds, chargebacks, reversals or credits are possible, including for mistakes, duplicate sends, sends on the wrong network, sends of unsupported tokens, dissatisfaction with a rank, or the later removal of the listing the payment went to.
Only Solana mainnet is accepted, in SOL. Anything sent on any other network (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, any L2, any testnet) or in any other token is a donation and is not credited to any listing.
Rank is the listing's cumulative confirmed SOL. You buy a total, never a rank number. The rank is wherever the total sorts at the moment it confirms, and it changes whenever anyone else pays.
The wallet that made a listing's first payment is on its public record. It grants no control: nothing on a listing can be edited by anyone after the first payment confirms, because the listing's name, picture and line are read live from the destination it points at. Paying into a listing from any wallet raises its total and nothing else. Outwhaled holds no keys, links or credentials for anyone.
You are responsible for the destination you attach to a listing and for what it shows, since the listing displays that destination's own title, description, name, picture and bio, read live and changing whenever the destination changes. Outwhaled does not review destinations before they are listed and does not vouch for any of them. A listing is not an endorsement, a verification or a recommendation; a rank says how much SOL was sent and nothing else. The destination and the category are fixed at the first payment.
A listing may not point at, contain, or later turn into: phishing, wallet drainers, seed-phrase or private-key harvesting, malware, fake airdrops, mints, giveaways or support desks, any site or X account posing as another person, brand, project, exchange or public figure (including lookalike domains and copied names, pictures or bios), or Outwhaled itself; content that is illegal where Outwhaled operates or where it is served, that infringes someone's trademark, copyright or right of publicity, that sexualises minors, or that promotes violence or hate; sanctioned persons, entities or jurisdictions; and anything else that, in Outwhaled's sole judgement, harms the people reading the board or the board itself. This list is not exhaustive and the judgement is ours.
Outwhaled may hide, remove or refuse any listing or sponsor slot at any time, for any of the reasons above or for no stated reason, at its sole discretion, without notice and without appeal. Removal forfeits every payment ever made into that listing, by every wallet, including boosts from people who did not choose the destination: if you pay into a listing you did not create, you accept the risk that its destination is or becomes prohibited. A removed destination may be permanently refused, and wallets that paid for it may be refused future placements. A takedown and its reason may be logged publicly on the listing's page. Outwhaled may also remove a listing at the request of the person or organisation it points at, verified by a DM from that account or a message from that domain, under the same no-refund terms.
To report a listing, DM @outwhaledlol on X with the link and what is wrong with it. Reports are read by a human; there is no automated response and no promise of a reply or a timeframe. Outwhaled cooperates with lawful requests from authorities. Nothing in these terms obliges Outwhaled to monitor listings, and a listing staying up is never a statement that it was checked.
Paying never requires connecting a wallet to the site. If you choose the browser-wallet door, the wallet extension shares your public address with the page in your browser so the page can build the transfer; that address is not sent to Outwhaled by the page, and the transfer still needs your approval in the wallet. Outwhaled never requests a seed phrase, a message signature or a token approval; any page that does is not Outwhaled.
Every payment, sending address and transaction hash is public on chain and on this site. Do not pay from a wallet you want kept private.
This is an ongoing experiment with no fixed form and no end date. Outwhaled may redesign any page, reorder or remove any board, change how ranks, totals, logos or listings are displayed, rename or retire any feature, or take the whole site offline, temporarily or forever, at any time, without notice and without refund. A payment buys placement on the board as it exists when the payment confirms; it buys no right to any future version of the site, no minimum display duration and no guarantee the site exists tomorrow.
The site is provided as is and as available, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outwhaled and anyone who operates it are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the site or from any payment to it: direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive, including lost profits, lost funds, lost or delayed credits, downtime, data loss, errors in prices or totals, and failures of wallets, networks, RPC nodes or any third-party service. If a court finds liability anyway, it is capped at zero, or where that is not permitted, at the USD value of the single payment giving rise to the claim.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and not a person or entity that Outwhaled is prohibited by sanctions from dealing with. You use the site and send funds entirely at your own risk, with funds you lawfully hold. You are responsible for complying with every law that applies to you, including tax. If sending cryptocurrency to a public board is restricted where you live, do not send. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outwhaled and anyone who operates it against every claim, loss, cost and legal fee arising from your listings, the destinations they point at, your payments and your use of the site.
Sponsor slots are calendar-month placements at the published coin price, paid in SOL under the same final-payment terms. A slot ends at 23:59 UTC on the last day of its month whenever it was bought. Placement is not an endorsement.
These terms may change at any time, without notice. The version on this page at the time of a payment governs that payment. Sending a payment is acceptance of these terms in full; if you do not accept them, do not send.
